Abstract


Discovery Learning instructional model which is cooperative activities in classroom process as a learning model that can be used in learning Physics. It can improve student learning outcomes and process skills to develop the knowledge that they already have known (prior knowlege). The low learning outcomes of students' Physics are influenced by various factors, including the learning model used by the teacher.Therefore a research was conducted on the Use of Process Skills with Learning Learning Models of Discovery Learning to Improve the Learning Outcomes of Fluidastatic Material Physics in Class XI Negeri 1 West Seram. The method of this study was Classroom Research ( CAR) with two cyrcles. The results obtained and presented can be seen that the results of the end of cycle I test have a classical value of 73.48 students get a value of <75. Students got score average 80.39 or > from KKM score of 75 for the second cyrcle. The students were improved in learning outcome and soft skills such as sharing assigments with friends bravely, active to argue, respect the opinion of others, collaborative worked with others.
